The Castaway is the "Go-To" Tender for thousands of Australians all over Australia. This year see's an improvement to the Castaway series with the addition of heat welded seams. This new addition puts the Castaway well ahead of similar priced inflatable boats. Manufactured with Korean PVC, the Castaway remains affordable and will continue to meet the demands of the Aussie Boater.

Delivery | Delivery Shipping Information Please note we are unable to deliver some bulky products to PO Box addresses. Upon payment being received your order will be dispatched within 1 business day. There can be rare circumstances where this will not occur (e.g. bad weather), but apart from that our shipping process is very reliable. Please allow approximately 3 - 10 business days for product to arrive. Need a tracking number? No worries, simply contact us at sales@workleisureplay.com.au . For delivery after 10 days please check with your local post office to see if your parcel has been taken there. Please do not contact us for non delivery until you have checked with your local post office. We highly recommend having an answerable contact number as we do pro-actively make call outs to fast track the delivery process. Postage and Handling Fees Shipping rates may apply to items due to their dimensions; we will send your item with tracking and signature required, so you get the best possible delivery. If your home is unoccupied at the time of delivery your item may be taken to the local post office for safekeeping. If you prefer to have your package left in a safe place at your delivery address please advise our customer service team at sales@workleisureplay.com.au . Work Leisure Play use Startrack, Fastway, PEP, Australia Post and other couriers for its deliveries depending where in Australia you live. Their delivery times can vary depending on which state you reside or which part of that state you are. We will post your item very quickly, by the next business day. Please understand that we have no control of any of the postal companies. We try to do our bit for the environment and so we do try and recycle as much as possible. Damage We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by any purchase by the buyer. All items are sold with a description that is believed to be accurate and great care is taken in assembling the information. However genuine mistakes, errors and omissions are accepted by the buyer. If you are not sure of what is meant by a description, quantity or price, please contact us for clarification prior to bidding or buying. Any warranty given is for normal wear and tear and usage. We highly recommend adding shipping insurance as that will make the claims process easier. To ensure the easy processing of claims, please ensure you inspect the item before signing for it. Insurance applies if an item is damaged during transit and the damage prevents it from its intended use. Insurance covers the cost of the product only. We may request the original product to be returned to us. It would be customer's responsibility to have original products returned. Non Delivery As we have such a high turnover in sales through other channels, there may be times when items cannot be sent. This may be because the stock count was wrong or the last lost of the item is either damaged. When this happens, you are contacted at the earliest time after your payment has been received, and advised of the situation. We naturally will refund your payment in full, offer an alternative, or give you the option of waiting for more stock to arrive. Pick Up As we are major importer distributor members, general public are not permitted to access our warehouse. Therefore, unfortunately pick up is NOT possible. Overseas Buyers We do not ship outside of Australia. |
